Located on one of the largest floors in the city (nearly 2 acres) the building at 725 Granville offers quick and easy access to transit, Pacific Centre Mall and numerous amenities. It also has 17 foot ceilings.
The Project
When the team outgrew their former office in Yaletown, one element they didn’t want to leave behind was the ability to locate their entire workforce on the same floor. The previous office had floors of approximately 11,500 square feet, however finding a full floor with more than 20,000 square feet was a bit more challenging.
The Space
The space at 725 Granville was part of a broader redevelopment of a former Sears department store above Pacific Centre Mall. The floors of approximately 75,000 square feet (nearly 2 acres) were incredibly rare in Vancouver, and when the property was redeveloped in 2014 the final product would be very unique. The space was a blank canvas, which provided the design team an opportunity to make it their own.
