Axiom Zen & Dapper Labs at 565 Great Northern Way

When the project commenced, Axiom Zen was looking for space in a newer building to accommodate their growing team of 100+ employees. They wanted to find a building with large floors, first-class amenities and a non-traditional vibe – in other words, fewer folks in suits and ties, more folks in hoodies and plaid shirts. The final result is an innovative space with a colour palette that reflects their array of branded companies including unicorn Dapper Labs.
Project Details
The team identified the building at 565 Great Northern Way as their preferred location, given its large floors, oversized gym, bike storage and roof deck and its proximity to downtown Vancouver. The space itself was transformed from a raw shell, to a vibrant layout providing meeting rooms, breakout spaces, a massive employee lounge and a private reading area. The show stopper in the space is a custom designed mural that invokes the spirit of “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory”.
