The renovation of the Flack Block, where this space is located, underscores Gastown’s blend of historic preservation and modern innovation. Tenant improvements have transformed the interior into a state-of-the-art office while maintaining the architectural integrity that gives the building its character.

Lindsay Carlson
Lindsay oversees all aspects of business operations at Floorspace including brokerage and workplace solutions, internal operations, marketing, human resources and product management.
Prior to Floorspace, Lindsay held multiple roles in the commercial banking industry over a 15-year period. Early in her career, she worked with Vancouver-based startups and tech companies, providing them with growth financing and other financial products. Most recently, she spent seven years at TD Bank in the National Real Estate Group, where she provided commercial construction financing to top-tier developers of high-rise condo and mixed-use projects in Vancouver.
Originally from the Interior of British Columbia, Lindsay loves calling North Vancouver her home. When she isn’t chasing her young children around Maplewood Farms, you can find her testing her hand at challenging recipes, sampling local restaurants or listening to loud music.
