The development is located one block east of Cambie Street and only a few minutes walking distance to the Olympic Village SkyTrain station. The project is slated to be complete in late 2021, with Best Buy likely taking possession shortly thereafter. They are expected to move into the building in 2022, after their tenant improvements have been completed.

According to Daily Hive, Best Buy will occupy the top five floors — approximately 78,000 square feet of the total 178,000 square feet of space in the building. In his interview with Daily Hive, Chief Human Resources Officer Chris Taylor said “the new office will revolve around a hot-desking format where staff book desks, rooms, and parking spaces to use, as opposed to the current configuration of providing everyone with a desk.”
