At Floorspace, we’ve built our technology around how brokers work with data – managing it, making sense of it, and turning it into insights.

But client-facing workflows are just as critical. That’s why we’re excited to share a milestone for Floorspace: our acquisition of AnthemIQ, a collaborative platform designed to simplify leasing and sales.

By combining AnthemIQ’s intuitive interface with our broker-first operating system, we’re creating a seamless platform for brokers and clients alike.

The Story Behind AnthemIQ

AnthemIQ began as a commercial real estate brokerage (Elevate) that developed technology to make deals easier, later spinning off as a standalone technology platform. It caught the industry’s attention by delivering a thoughtful, client-facing experience and showing what’s possible when brokers close gaps in the process with better tools.

Over the past few months, we’ve had the privilege of working closely with the Anthem team. They’ve been incredible partners throughout this transition – collaborative, professional, and passionate about what they built. The result is a product clients valued and one we’re proud to carry forward.

Brokers are at the centre of what we do. Together with AnthemIQ, we’re building a platform that supports the full leasing and sales journey while giving clients the modern experience they expect.

Why This Matters

AnthemIQ built a client-focused product that impressed many in the industry, but the missing piece was data integration – linking clean client experiences with the data that drive deals forward. That’s where we fit in.

For clients, this means a simpler, clearer journey. For brokers, fewer manual steps, stronger insights, and more time for relationships.

This acquisition is a milestone in our strategy to invest in technology and scale our platform – proof of our ability to execute, grow, and deliver innovation in an industry where workflow integration is still a challenge.

Where We Are Headed

In the coming months, we’ll integrate AnthemIQ into our broker platform, starting with pilots for select brokers and clients. Our goal is a unified experience that connects the entire deal cycle, guided by feedback from both brokers and their clients.

This is just the start. We see a future where brokers and clients move through every deal with ease, confidence, and better results.
