When Ideon Technologies first came to Floorspace, their team of a dozen was packed into a Steveston industrial garage with no parking, no loading bay, and no meeting rooms. Floorspace brokers Christopher O’Neill and Robin Macdonald helped them secure a 7,389 SF facility at 4611 Viking Way in Richmond, BC designed for growth, with R&D zones, assembly areas, collaborative workspaces, and smooth logistics for both people and product.
