PBX has leased a portion of Level 9 in this boutique office tower located in downtown. Representing the landlord, West Pender Property Group, were Floorspace’s Robin Macdonald and Willow King, who facilitated the transaction and helped guide the overall vision. The landlord committed to a full turnkey renovation – a true collaboration between tenant, landlord, and project team. The transformation was delivered by Arris Design and Reotech Construction Ltd., resulting in a tailored space designed for both focus and collaboration.

While the top floor featured arched windows and sweeping water views, the space was built out with tired improvements installed by the previous tenant many years prior. The design team reimagined it completely adding selective open ceilings, polished concrete floors, a custom kitchen, and boardroom millwork. Flexible work areas were enhanced with demountable partitions, while advanced electrical and HVAC upgrades ensured the space could support PBX’s high-tech needs.

The result is a bright, functional, and future-ready office that reflects PBX Engineering’s innovative spirit. It’s a clear example of how even the most dated spaces can be reimagined into something exceptional—with the right team.
