Main Alley Campus

The M2 building represents the second instalment at Main Alley, a new creative economy campus that spans an entire city block in the heart of Mount Pleasant.  Westbank teamed up with Gregory Henriquez of Henriquez Partners Architects to design the five-building campus.  Main Alley will have approximately 683,000 sq. ft. of retail, creative industrial and tech office space once complete.  Progress at M2 follows the extensive renovation of M1 at 2015 Main Street, with two floors leased to WeWork.
