Jacob leads the technology team at Floorspace and drives the development of FLO, the company’s proprietary platform that streamlines deal management for commercial brokers. With extensive experience in software development and coworking, Jacob is uniquely positioned to evaluate and implement cutting-edge technology solutions that support Floorspace’s innovation strategy.
A key member of the leadership team, Jacob oversees Floorspace’s entire technology infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and scalable. His responsibilities span software and hardware systems, network infrastructure, and data security measures, all of which are critical to the company’s operations and client success.
With over 20 years of experience, Jacob has a proven track record of delivering innovative ideas, executing complex projects, and leading diverse teams. In 2007, he recognized the rise of independent and remote work and launched Office Nomads, the first coworking space in Seattle, WA. To support this venture and others in the coworking community, Jacob developed Nadine, the first open-source coworking platform, and founded Open Coworking, a non-profit dedicated to advancing the Coworking Movement.
