Kelsey Stanger brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to her role at Floorspace. With a career that spans both office and industrial sectors, she has contributed to some of Vancouver’s most notable transactions – first through strategic marketing and execution roles, and now as a broker.

As part of the founding team at Floorspace, Kelsey has helped shape the firm’s presence in the market since day one. Known for her calm, thoughtful approach and sharp attention to detail, she brings a strong sense of integrity to every client relationship. Her deep familiarity with the leasing process, paired with a long-standing industry network, allows her to uncover opportunities and move deals forward with clarity and care.

Kelsey is based in North Vancouver, where she lives with her husband and two young children. She leads Floorspace’s Health & Wellness Committee and is a passionate advocate for building careers that support both professional and personal growth.
