Rania is the Marketing & Research Coordinator at Floorspace, where she supports the team with targeted research and market insights. She plays a key role in validating data, confirming rates and availabilities, and identifying trends that shape our perspective on the market.

With a foundation in property management from Reliance Properties and experience at Avison Young and Vela Retail Advisors, Rania brings a well-rounded, multidisciplinary approach to her work. She’s known for her steady presence, strong analytical skills, and ability to turn data into meaningful takeaways that inform strategy and storytelling.

Outside of work, Rania enjoys discovering new restaurants around Vancouver and taking in the city’s many events.
